Membership Rates

    • Service Discounts - Members receive up to 25% off all non-member rates for massage and facial services.

    • Partner Perks - Exclusive discounts may be available at select local businesses (terms vary by partner)

    • Expiration - Monthly service credits expire 12 months after issuance.

    • Gifting - Unused credits are transferable up to two individuals during an active membership period

    • Pausing - Memberships may be paused for up to 3 months, after those months are up, may be subject to cancellation of membership. Able to re-sign up.

    • Cancellation Policy: To avoid charges, cancellation requests must be submitted at least 7 days before your next billing cycle. New memberships require a minimum commitment of one full billing cycle prior to cancellation.

    • Non-Refundable - All fees and unused credits are non-refundable.

    • Billing - Monthly charges auto-renew unless canceled or paused per above terms.

By signing and purchasing this contract and agreement, the member agrees to abide by all terms outlined herein. This constitutes a binding contract between the member and Revival Cave Massage and Facials. Failure to comply with policies (e.g., cancellation timelines) may result in continued charges. Members are responsible for reviewing terms upon renewal; continued membership constitutes acceptance of any updates.
