About Revival Cave

A group of sixteen teenagers and young adults, along with a small dog, gathered on the front steps of a house, posing for a photo. They are smiling and dressed in casual clothes, mainly black t-shirts, with some wearing glasses, tattoos, and various hairstyles.

  • Adam

    OWNER & MASSAGE THERAPIST

An Ocala native turned massage therapist, Adam built Revival Cave from his own journey through injury, recovery, and movement.

An Ocala native, Adam began his fitness journey at the age of 13 after discovering his love for weight training. He competed in weightlifting competitions in high school and became a certified personal trainer while attending Florida State University.
Throughout his fitness journey, Adam incurred numerous injuries including herniated discs, tendinitis, and a ruptured pectoral muscle. Though these injuries were mentally frustrating, Adam came to learn that receiving regular massage and bodywork would help prevent injury, improve muscle growth and healing, and help him get back to what he loved best – training.
After competing in a bodybuilding show in 2015, Adam broadened his fitness routine, incorporating yoga, Pilates, cycling, and circuit training. Each program taught him a little bit more about the body, its true biomechanical function, and most importantly, the need to rest, recover, and heal.
In 2023, Adam completed his 200-hour yoga teacher training, deepening his knowledge of movement, mindfulness, and recovery. Since 2022, he has also been a contrast therapy enthusiast, and as of 2025, he leads sauna and cold plunge classes to help others unlock the benefits of heat and cold exposure.
With this vast amount of knowledge and experience in the fitness industry, Adam became a licensed massage therapist and opened the Revival Cave to help others heal and perform at their best.

    Dobby

    QUEEN OF THE CAVE

If you’ve been to Revival Cave, there’s a good chance you’ve been greeted by our tiniest team member. Dobby comes to work every day with her daddy (Adam), and takes her responsibilities very seriously: greeting clients, taking naps, collecting treats, and accepting as many belly scratches as possible.

Dobby and Adam first met when the Humane Society came to an event. Adam definitely wasn’t planning on leaving with a dog…but a few hours later, he was signing paperwork and officially becoming a dog dad for the first time.
She was only 8 weeks old, and her original name was Cupcake.
Somehow, “Dobby” ended up being a much better fit.
Now Dobby is 7 years old, with a birthday on April 22nd, and has fully accepted her position as the boss of Revival Cave.
She’s sweet, super friendly, loves meeting our clients, and pretty much believes the entire building belongs to her.
    And honestly…she’s right.
It’s Dobby’s building. It’s Dobby’s world. We just live in it.

    Michael

    MASSAGE THERAPIST

Hi, I'm Michael! I've been a licensed massage therapist for 30 years, and throughout my career, I've had one consistent passion: helping people move better, feel better, and live with less pain.

My journey into bodywork began on the medical side of care, where I gained experience and knowledge in chiropractic, osteopathic, orthopedic, and neurological approaches. I've always wanted to understand the human body from as many angles as possible—not just where someone is hurting, but why they may be hurting and how different areas of the body can work together. That knowledge has shaped the way I approach every session. Whether you're dealing with chronic tension, recovering from an injury, struggling with mobility, or simply trying to keep your body performing at its best, my goal is to help relieve discomfort, restore function, and get you back to work, back to the activities you love, and ultimately back to enjoying life. After three decades in this profession, I still find it incredibly rewarding to see the difference the right bodywork can make in someone's everyday life.
I grew up in the beautiful countryside of New York, where being active and outdoors was a big part of my life. I spent much of my younger years riding horses and dirt bikes, and that adventurous side eventually led me to competitively race motorcycles for several years. Later, I became an avid surfer along the Outer Banks of North Carolina, which gave me an even greater appreciation for movement, balance, and what the human body is capable of. Today, I still have a deep appreciation for movement, nature, and the world around me. I admire the incredible skill and connection behind a beautifully trained dressage horse, and I've learned to appreciate the importance of slowing down, staying present, and noticing the beauty in everyday life. I bring that same sense of awareness and attention into my work, taking the time to listen to both you and your body so we can make each session meaningful, effective, and focused on helping you feel your best.

  • Samantha

A Tampa native, Samantha’s path to massage therapy grew from a fascination with the connection between emotional well-being and the physical body. Along her own journey, she became increasingly aware of how stress and emotion can be held within the body, often showing up as physical tension, discomfort, and pain. That understanding inspired her to pursue massage as a way to help others feel better in their bodies.

Samantha’s approach to massage is nurturing, intentional, and grounded in presence. She aims to create an environment where clients feel comfortable letting go, receiving care, and stepping away from the demands of everyday life. For her, massage is not only about relieving physical tension, but also giving the nervous system an opportunity to slow down, reset, and exhale.
Outside of the treatment room, Samantha enjoys spending time in nature, practicing yoga, breathwork and meditation, journaling, contrast therapy, and finding ways to stay active and explore with her son. Her own commitment to wellness and self-discovery continues to shape the care and presence she brings to every session
